Alizane Labs operates this website and can be reached directly at hello@alizanelabs.site for any privacy questions or data requests.
We collect the following types of information when you interact with our website:
- Personal Information: Name, business name, work email address, phone number, and website URL. We DO NOT collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account information on this website.
- Non-Personal Information: IP address, browser type, device information, and anonymous website analytics to improve site performance.
- Communication Records: Details of your inquiries, requested capabilities, and chat transcripts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely for:
- Communicating with you regarding your enquiry, by email or phone
- Delivering project proposals, capability scopes, and agreements
- Maintaining accurate records of your communication preferences
- Ensuring website security and preventing automated form spam
3. Email and Phone Communications
Alizane Labs may contact you by email or phone regarding enquiries you submit through this site. We do not send automated or AI-generated calls or text messages.
4. Service Providers
We use a small number of third-party services to run this site and the chat assistant. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone outside this list.
5. How Long We Keep Things
Chat transcripts are deleted after 12 months. This runs automatically every night, not on request.
Enquiry details are kept. If you gave us your name, phone number or email, we keep those as a record of the enquiry — a business needs to know who contacted it. The conversation that produced them is still deleted on the 12-month schedule.
Anonymous records are deleted after 12 months. Visit counts and the one-word topic label we attach to a conversation contain no names or contact details, and they expire on the same clock.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner. Contact details are in section 1.
6. Talking to an AI
The chat on this site is answered by an AI assistant, not a person. It says so when you open it. What you type is sent to the providers named in section 4 so a reply can be generated.
Our phone line is answered by an AI voice agent, and calls are recorded. You are told both at the start of every call, before anything is asked of you. If you would rather speak to a person, say so and the call will be passed to one.
Nothing is decided about you automatically. The assistant takes down what you need and passes it to a human. It does not price, approve or reject anything.
7. Cookies & Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) on our main website to understand aggregate site traffic and page performance without tracking individual personal identities.
Conversion Desk, our dedicated landing page product, uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure which advertising campaigns bring visitors to the page. Enquiry details are recorded by our own systems, not by these tags. Hashed contact details (such as an email address) are sent to Meta server-side to report ad conversions. This applies to Conversion Desk pages specifically — it does not apply to the rest of this website.

8. Data Security
We take data protection seriously and apply industry-standard technical measures to safeguard your information:
All traffic and form submissions are encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption. Administrative access to project data is secured with strong authentication and least-privilege credentials. We do not maintain unencrypted local copies of sensitive prospect data.
While no Internet transmission or digital storage method is 100% immune from risk, we follow rigorous security best practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

You have full control over your data:
